Weekly Plan and Menu's 5/4

Well, the weekly plan is up late this week...we've had a few kinks.

I just got back from round up at my dad's ranch in Oklahoma. We have this heavy work day of his cattle two times a year. Friends and family from all over come together and get a TON of work done in two days. I look forward to it all year.

When we get home we are usually exhausted and sometimes sunburned. We are NOT however usually on crutches!

We had an accident this year and my oldest son, Dillon is hobbling around in a leg-brace and using crutches. I had planned on making a post for tomorrow about roundup and putting in a few pictures of the cattle working action. Instead, tomorrow I'll be posting about Dillon's accident instead. I may go ahead though, and describe round up in more detail and just use the pictures from this time last year.

Anyway, here are the plans and menu's this week. Menu items are in red.
