This weekend I don't think I even ate at all with all the stress and worry. I would have thought with all the extra lifting and extra work I've been doing and the less calories I would have lost something.
This week's Notes:
Food: I barely ate at all over the weekend and I've been eating sensibly before and since.
Water: I did ok. I'm still forgetting to drink all the water I'm supposed to.
Exercise: I didn't walk on the weekend because of the rain, but I know that I made up for it with all the lifting of my son (who's as big as I am) and the rushing around that I did.
Successes: I'm not sure what there is to celebrate this week. I didn't stress eat on Saturday or Sunday...I guess that's it.
Failures: Behavior-wise I don't think I had any. The scale sure doesn't reflect that though.
Weight Change: No weight change.
